Ammar Munshi

Ammar Munshi, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ammar started their career as an Engineering Intern at Baker Hughes in 2007. After that, they worked in various roles at the company, including Mechanical Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Project Manager for New Product Development. During their tenure, they were responsible for leading and training teams, creating programming for software, establishing design and testing standards, and conducting customer-witness testing.

In 2017, Ammar Munshi joined Smith & Associates as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. Ammar played a crucial role in leading new software development initiatives and coordinating between local and international team members. Ammar also led improvement initiatives for a custom CRM web solution and presented long-term roadmaps with detailed project plans.

Currently, Ammar Munshi is working as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at The Friedkin Group, where they utilize their expertise to manage projects using agile methodologies.

Ammar Munshi, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have also obtained various certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2015 and a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum.org in June 2019.
