Dora Rodriguez

Dora Rodriguez, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. In their current role as Director of Talent Acquisition at The Friedkin Group since 2018, they oversee the recruitment process for the organization. Dora also serves as a Board Member at TALK since 2021. Prior to their current positions, Dora worked at Enbridge from 2017-2018, leading the HR Cycle - Business Process Management. From 2015-2017, they held the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition at Spectra Energy, where they successfully implemented a proactive recruiting strategy and developed a Military Recruitment Program. Dora also had managerial roles at Enterprise Products Company from 2006-2014, where they established the recruiting environment and led a team of recruiters, and at IBM from 2005-2006, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter & Executive Referral Program Manager. Before that, Dora had roles at Healthlink and Healthlink (Acquired by IBM) as a Team Lead in Corporate Recruiting and as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter, respectively. Dora began their career as an HR Administrator at Cooper Industries in 2003 and worked as a Contract Recruiter at Sysco in the same year.

Dora Rodriguez, PHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with a concentration in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Human Relations in Administration certification from Soomo Learning in February 2021, the High Performance Leadership Certificate from HRCI in May 2020, the LEAD Program certification from Texas Executive Education in May 2019, the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2017, the PROSCI Change Management Certification from Prosci in June 2016, the Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS in December 2013, the Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in December 2011, the Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP in July 2011, the Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP in May 2011, the Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP in March 2011, and the Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS powered by ADP in June 2010.
