Awo Eni

Awo E. currently serves as the Digital Content Director at Friends Of Sherrod Brown since July 2023. Previously, Awo held various positions including Deputy Digital Director for Content and Creative at Cheri Beasley for North Carolina, Campaign and Digital Strategies Manager at the National Women's Law Center, and Communications and Organizing Manager at Community Justice Action Fund. Awo’s early career included roles as Development Coordinator and Communications Assistant at Annie's List, as well as Public Relations Internships at FleishmanHillard and Weber Shandwick. Awo also contributed to the University of North Texas as a Student Assistant in Publications and gained experience as a Social Media Intern with the United Way of Denton County, where Awo played a key role in planning the organization's inaugural community-wide service project. Awo E. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of North Texas.
