Jessica Matheson

Jessica Matheson has a strong background in grants and contracts management. Jessica started their career as a Student Assistant at the University of Washington in 2012 and worked their way up to become a Finance Manager. In 2019, they joined Seattle Children's as a Grant & Contract Administrator before moving on to the Pacific Northwest Research Institute as a Grant Manager. Jessica then worked as a Research Administrator at Fred Hutch before becoming a Grants and Contracts Manager at the University of Washington. Their most recent role was Senior Grants Manager at Friends of Youth, and they are currently serving as the Director of Government and Community Grants at the same organization.

Jessica Matheson attended the University of Washington from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2011, they also briefly attended Columbia Basin College, although they did not earn a degree or study a specific field during their time there.
