Ashley Jewell

Ashley Jewell has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Director of Human Resources at Friendship Retirement Community since 2018. Before that, they served as the Senior Associate Director of Benefits Administration at Virginia Tech from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Ashley held various roles at Richfield Living, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in employee benefits administration, personnel policies and procedures, payroll management, and report preparation.

Ashley Jewell, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Roanoke College in 2008. Ashley also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution in the same year. Additionally, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in September 2013 from the HR Certification Institute, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in September 2015 from the Society for Human Resource Management.
