Ana Nikolic

Ana Nikolic is a Recruitment and Selection Specialist at Frikom DOO, having joined the company in January 2023. Prior to this role, Ana served as a Human Resources Associate at M&M Militzer&Münch Serbia from November 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included process improvement, employee development, recruitment of skilled candidates, regulatory compliance, and promotion of company culture. Notably, Ana co-led a successful change in the onboarding procedure, which enhanced the assimilation of new employees. Ana is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Faculty of Political Science.
