Hakan Acar

Hakan Acar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, production management, and lean methodologies. Currently serving as a Yalın Dönüşüm Danışmanı at KOSGEB and a consultant and trainer at OpM-D Danışmanlık, Hakan also holds positions as a DDX Dijital Dönüşüm Danışmanı at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE and a trainer and consultant with the Republic Of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology. With a background that includes leadership roles such as Lean Coordinator at Friterm and CEO at Vialpha Engineering and Foreign Trade, Hakan has developed a strong expertise in operations, quality systems, and human resources across various industries, supported by an aeronautical engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University.
