James Klauck

SVP, Ancillary Services at Froedtert Health

Jim Klauck is senior vice president of Froedtert Health Ancillary Services. Formerly the director of Pharmacy Services at Froedtert Hospital, Jim assumed the role of vice president for Froedtert Health Supply Chain Services in 2007, was named vice president of Ancillary Services in 2013 and promoted to senior vice president in 2016. He led the system consolidation effort in Supply Chain and followed that with the integration of system-wide Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, and Surgery Center operations. Jim has also played a key role in the organization and leadership of Froedtert & the Medical College's value-based care initiative across the health system.

As senior vice president of Froedtert Health Ancillary Services, Jim oversees several system-wide ancillary services, including Pharmacy, Imaging, Lab, Rehabilitation and Ambulatory Surgery Centers, as well as other ancillary services across all settings, inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory across the health network. Jim has a long record of success with Froedtert Health. In addition to the career path noted above, he has also facilitated expansion of Froedtert Health’s growing retail pharmacy network to eleven different sites; helped launched Froedtert Health’s Information Management Steering Committee and serves on numerous professional boards and committees, including several with University HealthSystem Consortium and Vizient Group Purchasing Organization at the local and national level.
