Stefenie Post

Stefenie Post is a seasoned compliance and privacy professional currently serving as the Compliance & Privacy Manager at Froedtert Health since November 2016. In this role, Stefenie leads compliance and privacy initiatives, developing policies, executing comprehensive risk assessments, and conducting investigations to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Prior experience includes roles as a Compliance Consultant and Manager of Specialty Clinics, where Stefenie focused on optimizing internal systems and improving patient care within regulatory frameworks. Stefenie's expertise in process improvement was further honed at the Medical College of Wisconsin as a Transformation Facilitator and at ThedaCare as an Improvement System Lean Facilitator. Stefenie holds an M.B.A. in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and a B.S. in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
