Kevin Hill is an executive leader with extensive experience in customer experience, strategy, and transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Experience Strategy & Service Operations at frog since June 2022, Kevin leads high-performing teams within Capgemini to drive impactful changes. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Strategy and Business Transformation Leader at EY, where responsibilities included customer experience transformation and digital transformation across various industries such as financial services and automotive. Kevin also held the position of President at Spartan Consulting, Inc., overseeing organizational rebranding and operational improvements, and consulted for major clients at Urban Science and Allan Gray Proprietary Limited. Kevin holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
