Azima Azmi

Azima Azmi currently serves as a Professional Development & Communities Specialist at FrogAsia since May 2012, where responsibilities include developing online engagement and professional development packages for educators utilizing the Frog VLE platform. Prior roles at FrogAsia encompass leadership positions as Regional Implementation Consultant for Northern Region and Kedah, focused on implementing Frog VLE across Malaysian schools, and providing master training to Ministry of Education officers. Azima's experience in conservation education includes a tenure as Conservation Educator and Assistant Coordinator at the Wildlife Conservation Society-Malaysia Program, emphasizing tiger conservation. Earlier roles include research assistance at the Biotechnology Research Institute and teaching positions at the University Malaysia Sabah, with educational credentials comprising a Master’s Degree in Aquatic Biology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Conservation Biology, both from the University Malaysia Sabah.
