Renee Knight

Renee Knight is currently the Enrollment Director at FrogTutoring, but they have plenty of experience in the field of therapy case management. Renee previously worked as a Therapy Case Manager at MedCare Pediatric Group from January 2014 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing 7 office employees and 45 field therapists while maintaining 100-150 patient caseloads herself. Renee provided problem resolution for their team, while also onboarding new therapists and office employees. Renee even served as the project lead for a system conversion from EMR to Raintree, successfully migrating and validating client data.

Before their time at MedCare Pediatric Group, Renee worked as a Client Services Representative. In this role, they managed a caseload of 20-30 therapists and their patient caseloads (150-200 patients). Renee was responsible for building relationships with incoming patients and their caregivers, developing trust and comfort. Renee also coordinated with caregivers, therapists, physicians, insurance providers, DME companies, and other facilities directly related with patient care.

Renee Knight has an associate's degree in business administration and management from the University of Houston and an associate's degree in general studies from Wharton County Junior College.
