Josh Smith is an experienced culinary and management professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Multi Unit GM/Operator at Front Burner Society since February 2021, Josh previously held multiple leadership roles at bartaco, including General Manager from May 2017 to February 2021, and various chef positions at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from June 2006 to May 2017. Other notable positions include Sous Chef at Gettysvue Polo, Golf & Country Club and Edison Park Bistro. Josh obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh, completing the program in 2004.
