Donna Sluijter

Donna Sluijter has extensive work experience in revenue management and hospitality. Donna currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Management at Frontdesk, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Revenue Manager at Frontdesk from January 2023 to April 2023.

Before joining Frontdesk, Donna worked at The Guild from 2019 to 2022. During their time there, they held various roles including Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst, Sales Executive, and Guest Experience and Reservations Lead. In their role as Revenue Analyst, Donna made significant contributions to the company, such as rebuilding the report stack and leading the company-wide PMS transition. Donna also created a new rate structure and segmentation process and played a key role in new property launches.

Donna's work experience also includes serving as an Administrative Assistant for a freelance role from July 2018 to May 2019. Donna has experience in the hospitality industry as well, having worked at JW Marriott as a Front Office Lead from July 2017 to July 2018, and at Byron as a Shift Lead from April 2016 to June 2017.

Their education background includes being a Module Assistant for Revenue Management at Oxford Brookes University in 2017, and being a Banquet Recruiter at BERJAYA University College from October 2012 to April 2014.

Donna Sluijter completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Oxford Brookes University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Management from BERJAYA University College of Hospitality, studying from 2012 to 2015. In 2010 and 2011, Donna attended Luzac College Leiden, where they pursued their HAVO education. Their secondary education was at Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest from 2005 to 2010, where they completed the VWO/TTO program with a focus on Natuur & Gezondheid (Science & Health).
