Kelsie Olson

Kelsie Olson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kelsie most recently worked at Frontdesk as a Regional Operations Manager. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Guild, including Head of Operations, Director of Guest + Resident Experience, and Reservations & Guest Experience Manager. Before joining The Guild, Kelsie worked at Scarlet Boom as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. Kelsie also worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) as a Corporate Sales Manager and at Hilton in roles such as Dual Sales Manager, Express Meetings Manager, and Group Rooms Coordinator. Kelsie's early career at Sage Hospitality involved positions like Call Center Supervisor, Executive Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator, and Reservations Agent.

Kelsie Olson attended South Side High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing high school, they enrolled at Ball State University from 2010 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Travel and Exploration.
