Will Petter

Will Petter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Will is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Frontdesk since March 2022. Previously, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Axis Energy Services from September 2017 to March 2022. Will also worked as the Vice President at B-29 Investments, LP from May 2017 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the CFO at ShopSeptember from October 2012 to June 2019. Will Petter gained experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions as a member of the Sell-Side M&A team at Duff & Phelps from July 2012 to May 2017. Will started their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young and worked there until July 2012. Additionally, they briefly worked in Private Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch from May to August 2008.

Will Petter completed their education in two stages. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business and earned their Master of Finance degree. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Masters degree in Accountancy at USC Marshall School of Business. Will also holds additional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy (CBA), Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and Series 79 certification, also from FINRA.
