Bruce Dudgeon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Bruce started their career in the US Air Force as a Security Police/Law Enforcement Dog Handler from 1985 to 1988. After that, they joined US Airways and held various positions such as Station Agent, Ramp Service Supervisor, Shift Manager, and Manager in Ramp Operations from 1989 to 2006.
Bruce then transitioned to Spirit Airlines, where they served as Director of Security, Regional Director of Station Operations, and Director of Station Operations FLL from 2006 to 2015. During this time, they were responsible for various aspects of operations, including customer service, ground equipment, safety, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
From 2015 to 2021, Bruce worked at ASIG and Menzies Aviation as a General Manager. In these roles, they managed and oversaw into-plane fueling operations, focused on operational and financial performance, and recruited and trained a team of personnel.
Currently, Bruce is the Director of Security at Frontier Airlines, a position they have held since 2021. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in operational management, security, and leadership within the aviation industry.
Bruce Dudgeon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Worcester State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1991.
