Scott Ramsay

Scott Ramsay has a diverse work experience in the aviation and operations industry. Scott currently serves as the Senior Director of Systems Operations Control Center at Frontier Airlines, responsible for leading the team that ensures on-time operations and smooth customer experiences. Prior to their tenure at Frontier Airlines, they worked as the Managing Director of Integrated Operations Center at American Airlines for six years. Before that, they held roles as the Director of Operations Planning and Analysis at OptumRx and founded their own consulting firm, Ramsay Consulting Services. Scott also has experience in security and emergency response, having served as the Vice President of North American Sales and Operations at I-SEC International Security B.V. and as the Managing Director of Security and Emergency Response at Northwest Airlines. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Systems Operations Control at Northwest Airlines, where they managed daily flights and events related to weather and air traffic control.
