Tom Demint

Tom DeMint has extensive experience in the aviation maintenance industry, currently serving as Manager of Heavy Maintenance at Frontier Airlines since February 2014. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Boeing Company as Lead Maintenance Technician, overseeing a team for the P-8A aircraft maintenance, and at Republic Airlines as Maintenance Control Coordinator, managing maintenance operations for numerous aircraft. Tom's earlier roles include Maintenance Quality Offsite Representative at ATA Airlines, Project Lead at AAR Corp, and Aviation Machinist Mate in the US Navy, where foundational skills in aircraft maintenance were developed.
