James Bilbrey

James Bilbrey is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Frontier Communications since November 2018, James has previously held key roles including Regional Manager at CenturyLink and Operations Supervisor at TelePacific Communications. Prior to these positions, James was a Section Manager at Verizon for over 17 years. James began a career in technology as a Mobile Subscriber Equipment Switching Systems Operator in the US Army from 1993 to 1998. James Bilbrey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
