Joseph Starsick

Joseph Starsick has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Frontier Communications since September 2010. Prior to this role, Joseph was a Partner at Goodwin and Goodwin, LLP from July 2007 to September 2010, and held a similar position at Bowles Rice LLP from June 1996 to July 2007. Joseph's legal career began at Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon), where Joseph worked as Assistant General Counsel from May 1984 to June 1996. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
