Paul Kirchhoffer

Paul Kirchhoffer is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Frontier Communications since April 2023. Prior to this role, Paul was the Vice President of Field Operations at Ziply Fiber from July 2020 to April 2023, where leadership focused on enhancing customer connectivity and service quality. Paul held various positions at CenturyLink from 2011 to 2020, including Vice President of Network Implementation and Director of Regional Operations, overseeing engineering, construction, and corporate program implementation for a significant workforce. Earlier experience includes roles at Qwest Communications and Ball Aerospace, with a foundation in military service as a Captain in the US Air Force, where Paul managed multi-million dollar projects for flight simulator improvements. Paul earned a Master's degree in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in History/French from the United States Air Force Academy.
