Nick Sharkey Chartered MCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nick has held various HR roles in different companies and industries. From 2021, they have been working as the Head of HR and Recruitment at Frontier Economics. Prior to that, they served as the Group Head of HR at Exposure, where they managed HR functions for creative communication agencies in London, New York, and Paris. Before that, they worked as a European HR Business Partner at Vodafone, supporting a geographically dispersed workforce across Europe. Nick also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Prudential Assurance and as a Human Resources Manager at Abellio Group. In addition, they worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Avanta and as an HR Business Partner at Transport for Greater Manchester. Nick started their career as a Human Resources Officer at Ofsted and also worked as an HR Officer (secondment) at Treasury Solicitor's Department. Nick has expertise in areas such as recruitment, talent management, payroll and benefits, HR projects, employee relations, and HR policy development.

Nick Sharkey Chartered MCIPD obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Team Leading from the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2008.
