Emily Sabbey

Emily Sabbey has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and bioinformatics. Emily is currently working as a Research Associate in the Discovery Biology department at Frontier Medicines since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Chemistry Lab Assistant at Boston College from 2019 to 2022. Emily also gained industry experience as a Clinical Biomarker Innovation & Development Intern at Takeda in 2021, where they evaluated technologies applicable in drug development and analyzed RNA-sequencing results. Emily also interned at Foundation Medicine in 2020 as a Clinical Bioinformatics Intern, where they assisted in projects related to gene alterations and targeted therapies. In addition, Emily worked as a Student Researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2020, where they assisted in studying the correlation between brainstem pathology and mobility in patients with Parkinson's disease.

Emily Sabbey attended Boston College from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
