Rajitha Jayawickrama

Rajitha Jayawickrama began their work experience in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Genesiis Software (Pvt) Ltd. Rajitha then joined Virtusa as a Senior Software Engineer from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked at Pearson eCollege, first as a Senior Software Engineer from 2008 to 2011, and then as an Associate Technical Lead from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Rajitha worked at Pearson Lanka as a Technical Lead. Rajitha then joined Monash University in 2014 as a Senior Analyst Programmer and continued in that role until 2021. Currently, Rajitha is working as a Senior Dotnet Developer at Frontier Software since 2021. Throughout their career, Rajitha has demonstrated expertise in software development, leadership, and client management.

Rajitha Jayawickrama completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their GCE Advanced Level certification in Mathematics from Isipathana College - Colombo 05, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Rajitha has obtained several certifications including "Introducing .NET Core" from LinkedIn in March 2021, "ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management" from EXIN in April 2013, and "Certified ScrumMaster" from Scrum Alliance in October 2010. These certifications indicate their continuous pursuit of knowledge and professional development in the field of computer science and IT service management.
