Martina Bozadzhieva

Martina Bozadzhieva has extensive work experience in the research industry. Martina currently holds the position of Chief Research Officer at FrontierView, where they manage a team of 35 researchers and is a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Director and Head of Research at FrontierView, advising senior executives at multinational companies in various industries. Martina also has experience in managing teams and monitoring trends across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before joining FrontierView, they worked as an Associate Practice Leader and Senior Analyst, specializing in Central and Eastern Europe. Martina co-founded Crossroads Eurasia LLC and also gained experience as a research intern at the U.S. Russia Business Council and an intern at The PBN Company.

Martina Bozadzhieva began their education at the First English Language School in Sofia, Bulgaria from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. Martina then attended Georgetown University from 2006 to 2010 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies at Georgetown University.
