Chase Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Salem County Improvement Authority. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Coast Freezers, where they stayed until 2017. Chase then transitioned to Arc as a Human Resources Generalist from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined PureStar as a Human Resources Manager in the North Region and later advanced to the role of Director-Human Resources (North Region) until 2021. In 2021, they joined FrontierBPM, Inc. as the Director of HR & Corporate Compliance. Currently, in 2022, they are working as the Director of Payroll and Benefits at PureStar.
Chase Adams obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration from Cumberland County College in the years 2008 to 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, Chase Adams pursued further education at Wilmington University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and also earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
