Mangala M began their work experience in 2020 as an HR Admin/Coordinator at Infomatics Corp, where they worked until December 2022. In 2023, they joined Frontline Analysts as an Operations Analyst.

From 2017 to 2020, Mangala M attended Cascia High School where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Sri Ramakrishna College.
