Client Support Operations Analyst at Frontline Education

Benjamin Tondera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Benjamin began their career at Kroger in 2005, working as a Gas Station Attendant and also handling self-checkout operations. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Front End Supervisor at Safeway, overseeing cashier and bagger performance and contributing to store initiatives.

In 2011, they joined Meijer as a Produce Clerk, responsible for inventory management and replenishing products on the sales floor. During their time at Meijer, they gained experience in sales floor organization and product rotation.

In 2014, Benjamin worked as an Assistant Instructor at the Midtown Educational Foundation, where they assisted in teaching journalism and PR to students. Benjamin also supervised the production of the Midtown Voice, a student-led paper.

Benjamin served as a Graduate Assistant at Northern Illinois University from 2013 to 2014, teaching communication courses and developing their own lectures and lesson plans. Additionally, they worked as a Contributing Editor, producing a publication for NIU communications Alumni. Their responsibilities included conducting interviews and composing feature stories.

From 2015, Benjamin embarked on a new career path, joining Whole Foods Market as a Meat Team Member. Benjamin focused on providing excellent customer service, selecting and wrapping items, and creating oven-ready products. Benjamin also educated customers about the unique qualities of Whole Foods meat.

Finally, Benjamin joined Frontline Education in 2015, where they held various roles. Benjamin started as a Client Support Specialist, assisting users with system processes and making changes to client systems. Benjamin then progressed to a Sr. Client Support Specialist, becoming the point of contact for key accounts and addressing client escalations. In their most recent role as a Client Support Operations Analyst, they mentor and advises junior support team members, while also handling advanced client queries and coordinating with solution specialists. Overall, Benjamin's work experience showcases their expertise in client support, communication, teaching, and customer service.

Benjamin Tondera completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2011. Benjamin then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northern Illinois University between 2013 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, they acquired several certifications including "Front-end Formations," "front-end-foundations," and "try-sql" from Code School in May and June 2015.
