Karlie Termotto's work experience began as a Teacher of Biological Sciences from 1998 to 2007. Karlie then worked as a Senior Curriculum Specialist for Science at Pearson Education from 2006 to 2011, where they created and delivered training and support for a team of curriculum specialists. From 2011 to 2013, Karlie worked as the District Coordinator for Professional Development and Instructional Growth at Asbury Park School District, responsible for establishing goals and objectives for professional development programs. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) from Marygrove College, specializing in Teaching and Differentiated Instructional Design. In 1993, they began their undergraduate studies at Rutgers University and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biological Sciences in 1998. Notably, Karlie Termotto also obtained a certification as a NJ Teacher of Biological Sciences from the New Jersey Department of Education in February 1998. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to customer success management, including Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, and Implementing Creative Feedback the Win-Win Way, all from LinkedIn, in 2021.
