Ana Cecilia Guevara has a diverse work experience. Ana Cecilia began their career as a Quality Assurance Intern at HEINEKEN México in 2017, where they designed and implemented a traceability process and optimized a production line. Ana Cecilia then worked as a Risk Analyst Intern at Falabella Financiero in 2018, where they implemented security measures and operational risk indicators. Ana Cecilia also conducted audits on providers to ensure effective procedures.

In 2019, Ana joined Securitas México, initially as a Quality Assurance Intern, where they developed and delivered training for operational managers, managed information systems, and assisted in implementing certification systems. Ana Cecilia then transitioned to the Solution Support Team in the Technology Solutions Division, where they played a key role in the growth and development of the technology area. Ana Cecilia led numerous technology implementation projects, identified client needs, and closed the biggest client project in Securitas Mexico.

Currently, Ana is working as a Customer Engagement Coordinator at TRAX, starting in 2022. In this role, they serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects, ensuring schedule and budget constraints are met. Ana Cecilia collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, customer service, and quality department, project managers and coordinators, partners, and technical support teams. Their focus is on driving operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Ana Cecilia Guevara pursued their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2019. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering.
