Megan Carlin

Megan Carlin has a diverse work experience. Megan is currently working as an LMS Administrator at Frontline Education since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Penn Community Bank from 2015 to 2021. There, they held various roles, including Senior Training Specialist, Sales and Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. Megan'sresponsibilities included creating and maintaining training programs, implementing Salesforce CRM, supervising branch operations, and providing customer service. Before joining Penn Community Bank, Megan worked as a Customer and Employee Care Manager at Natural Markets Food Group from March 2014 to January 2015.

Megan Carlin began their education journey in 2019 at Bucks County Community College, where they pursued a field of study in Clinical/Medical Social Work. Megan completed their studies in 2020 but did not obtain a degree from this institution.

Megan then continued their education at Western Carolina University, starting in 2021. Megan is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations. Megan'sexpected graduation date is in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Megan Carlin also obtained a Designing Virtual Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in September 2020.
