Michelle McKinlay Ballamis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle started their career as an intern at Cue Media in 2004 and later interned at the Davis Chamber of Commerce in 2005. In 2006, they joined BYU Independent Study as a Video Editor/Technician, where they handled media production for distance education courses. From 2009 to 2010, Michelle had multiple roles, including an internship at Popcorn Media as an Editor and as a Video Editor for the extra-curricular BYU New Media Class. Michelle also worked as an Assistant Editor at Crossman Digital Post, where they edited videos for various clients and performed administrative assistant tasks. From 2010 to 2016, Michelle worked at School Improvement Network as the Staff Lead Editor, responsible for organizing teams, managing day-to-day issues, editing professional development videos for teachers, and creating motion graphics and titles. Currently, Michelle is employed at Frontline Education, starting in 2017. Michelle has served as a Process Support Specialist and currently holds the position of Business Analyst.
Michelle McKinlay Ballamis received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Media Arts/Film from Brigham Young University. Michelle completed their undergraduate studies at this institution from 2005 to 2009.
