David Espinosa

David Espinosa has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. David started their career at Nutrabolics, Inc. in 2013, where they worked as a Communications Manager. In 2014, they moved to CBV Collection Services Ltd and served as a Collections Supervisor, handling inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating consumers on credit standing, and training new agents. In 2019, they joined FLG FrontLine Group, initially as a CSR Team Manager, responsible for leading and coaching a customer service and collections team. David later progressed to become an Operations Manager, where they focused on debt collection strategies, optimizing recovery rates, and driving performance through effective communication and motivating teams.

David Espinosa completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Film and Russian at Carleton University from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they furthered their education by attending the Vancouver Film School, where they pursued a degree in Film Production, focusing on Producing and Cinematography, until 2013. Prior to their university studies, David obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma at the International School of Helsinki from 2007 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, David Espinosa has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
