Fran Peters

Fran Peters currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Frontline Managed Services. Previously, Fran held the position of Vice President of People Operations at Wavicle Data Solutions, where leadership encompassed Human Resources, Talent Management, Immigration, and Learning and Development across North America. Fran's career includes significant roles such as Director of Human Resources at BDO Digital Services and Human Resources Manager at SWC Technology Partners, where strategic development and implementation of HR functions were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes HR roles at WIS International and Progressive Insurance. Fran holds a degree in Organizational Business Management from Northern Illinois University.
