Angela Glassco

COO at FRONTLINE SERVICE

Angela Glassco currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FrontLine Service.

Ms. Glassco has over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, specifically with persons living with disabilities and experiencing homelessness. She has a Masters's degree in Public Administration and is a licensed social worker. Before joining FrontLine, she was employed at EDEN (a non-profit agency, focused on developing housing for the homeless) for 18 years, starting her career there as a case manager and assuming roles of increasing responsibility during her tenure. She has a solid and extensive understanding of the homeless continuum and while at EDEN was at the forefront of the implementation of innovative services and programs.

Ms. Glassco joined FrontLine in 2014 as the agency’s first Director of Integrated Care, starting up their first full integrated care clinic. She served in that capacity until early 2017, at which time the position of Director of Quality Improvement became available. In the short time, she has been in this role, she has organized QI initiatives, clarified and delegated responsibilities to her supervisees and was working to broaden the agency’s understanding of Quality. She has worked closely with Eric Morse, FrontLine’s previous COO, co-facilitating the massive undertaking of implementing their agency’s move to a new electronic documentation system, EVOLV, and now, serving in the lead role of preparing the agency for behavioral health redesign.

Angela received her BA in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and her Master’s in Public Administration from Cleveland State University.
