Micah Gilmer

Micah is a team leader and process facilitator who helps individuals and organizations reach their greatest impact. At Frontline, Micah leads the consulting team and supports Frontline’s staff as they deliver transformative processes and compelling products for clients. He also works closely with senior leaders at partner organizations as a coach and thought partner. Micah has a Ph.D. from Duke University, and completed his undergraduate studies UNC Chapel Hill. He serves on the board of the Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation.
