Care QA Analyst at Frontpoint

Alden Michels has worked in various roles since 2007. Alden began their career as a Secondary English Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools in 2007. In 2014, they joined Frontpoint as a Care QA Analyst and later became a Customer Support Supervisor. Most recently, they have been working as an Instructional Design Manager at Community Associations Institute since 2019.

Alden Michels attended the University of Maryland from 1999 to 2004, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater.
