Rudra Mithal

Rudra Mithal is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and systems management. At Frost Bank since June 2017, Rudra has held multiple roles including Solutions Architect, Senior Application Systems Administrator, and HR Business Systems Analyst, where notable achievements include the creation of a new performance process and a bonus structure in Workday. Prior to Frost Bank, Rudra served as Telecommunications Manager at Qualfon, successfully designing telephony pilots for major insurance companies and enhancing operational efficiency through custom tools. Additional experience as an IT Systems Engineer involved managing technical support and maintaining company infrastructure. Rudra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
