Eli Noff, Esq., CPA, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and advocacy. Serving as a Partner at Frost & Associates, Attorneys at Law since June 2012, Eli represents clients across the nation in matters related to the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. Previously, Eli contributed to the Old Line Legal Aid Foundation, Inc. as Acting Secretary and Board Member, focusing on pro-bono tax legal services in Maryland. Eli's career also includes roles such as Site Manager for the Baltimore Creating Assets Savings & Hope Campaign and a Legal Extern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Eli’s legal education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
