Mania Boyder

Mania has over 30 years of experience as a dedicated leader in nonprofit development and management. She has closed many six- and seven-figure gifts and worked integrally with numerous teams in all areas of fundraising. Before joining Frost Valley as CDO in 2018, Mania was Vice President of Development at the International Rescue Committee. Mania has a BA in Criminal Justice from Hunter College, is a past Board member of Women in Development, and is fluent in French. She deeply understands Frost Valley’s work and mission, and as a seasoned fundraiser and leader, she has innovative ideas about the future!
