Njoli Brown

Assistant Director of Group & Family Retreats at Frost Valley YMCA

Njoli Brown joined the Frost Valley YMCA team in 2022. Prior to Frost Valley, he worked with the Leadership Program as a program developer, curriculum writer, and professional development facilitator. A primary focus of his was helping schools establish cultures of Restorative Justice. He also acted as a long-term contractor for BIWA | Emergent Equity, which is a private consultancy that guides businesses in integrating and holding equity at the forefront of all their practices. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Restorative Justice Initiative (RJI). He attended Antioch University New England, earning a master’s degree in education. Njoli is an avid hiker and traveler and has spent a large part of the past few decades out of the country, working and exploring. He is also a lifelong martial artist. He is excited to support Frost Valley’s visitors in having emergent and transformative experiences.
