Kevin Green

Kevin Green serves as the Chief People Officer at FirstGroup plc, overseeing strategic and operational HR functions for 14,000 employees within the First Bus division. In addition to this role, Kevin is the Chairperson at TIMEWISE and holds the position of Strategic Advisor at FRS Recruitment, a leading staffing solutions provider. As the Founder and CEO of Whats Next Consultancy Ltd, Kevin focuses on advising growth companies with an emphasis on people, recruitment, and technology. Kevin has also contributed as a non-executive director and advisor for various organizations, including Gobeyond Partners and Brookson Group, and has been involved with KidsOut as a non-executive director, supporting disadvantaged children. Kevin holds a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
