Kenny Porterfield

Kenny Porterfield has a diverse work experience history. Kenny began their career as a Coach at JP Tennis Academy from August 2011 to January 2014. Kenny then took on the role of an Appalachian Trail Thru Hiker from March 2014 to August 2014. Kenny went on to work at GoGo Running as an Assistant To The Regional Manager from August 2013 to September 2015, where they oversaw futures orders and managed the website. From September 2015 to February 2018, Kenny worked at Digital Additive as an Email Developer, where they developed HTML email campaigns and built landing pages. Kenny then transitioned into the role of Senior Campaign Developer at the same company from February 2018 to August 2021, where they wrote SQL queries, managed data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and documented processes and program specifics. Currently, Kenny works as the Lead Salesforce Developer at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. from September 2021 onwards.

Kenny Porterfield graduated from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2013, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their degree, Kenny has obtained multiple certifications from Salesforce. Kenny became a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in September 2018, a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant in July 2020, a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer in January 2021, and most recently, a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator in January 2022.
