Elizabeth McAlpine-Geary has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Elizabeth is currently working at FS-ISAC since June 2021 in the role of Senior Intelligence Analyst and Public Private Partnership Liaison. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Naval Special Warfare, U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. Prior to that, they worked at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 2013 to 2019 as a Collections Operations Analyst. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency. In 2002, they worked for the U.S. House of Representatives as a House Armed Services Committee Staff Member, where they coordinated defense hearings and provided support to members of Congress. Lastly, from 2000 to 2002, they held the position of Senior Program Manager, Government Studies at The Brookings Institution, where they collaborated with government institutions and research organizations on policy forums and conferences.

Elizabeth McAlpine-Geary obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Statistics from Louisiana State University from 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations at the University of Oklahoma from 2010 to 2013.
