Lee Winkler

Lee Winkler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2007, Lee worked as a Business Analyst on a contract basis for Bass & Associates, Inc., where they led requirements gathering meetings for a web redesign project. In 2008, Lee joined FirstComp Insurance as a Reporting Analyst, designing reports and creating dashboards to meet customer and state reporting requirements.

From 2010 to 2012, Lee worked as a Data Conversion Analyst at Election Systems & Software, where they interacted with election officials nationwide to acquire and restructure voter and election data. At CSG International from 2013 to 2015, Lee served as a Sr Data Analyst, assisting customers with Oracle SQL queries and coordinating implementation plans for data services.

In 2015, Lee joined Nelnet as a QA Test Engineer, leading requirements gathering, project coordination, and testing activities for a financial aid processing system. Lee then transitioned to Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC in 2018 as a Mortgage Loan Originator, where they generated business leads, documented loan applications, and managed mortgage projects.

From 2020 to 2021, Lee worked at LexisNexis as a Business Analyst, contributing to various projects before joining FSC Edge in 2021 as a Business Analyst. At FSC Edge, Lee uses proprietary technology and PEGA to process patents for the USPTO, applying complex business rules throughout the patent lifecycle.

Lee Winkler received a Master of MIS degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, spanning from 1996 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, also at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In terms of additional certifications, Lee obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
