Marcia Lomonaco

Marcia LoMonaco is currently the Chief People Officer at FSG, where Marcia is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the People function. Marcia designs and implements talent strategy for the consulting firm and advises the CEO on strategic people investments and leadership development. Previously, Marcia worked as the Associate Director of Talent Strategy and excelled in conducting compensation benchmarking and leading the People Team through an executive leadership transition. With a background in workforce development and counseling, Marcia has a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their work.
