Joe Rivas

Joe Rivas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Joe started their career at M+W Group in 1995, where they held the position of Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all HR and administration functions for a North American holding company, managing multiple corporations and thousands of employees across multiple locations. Joe played a key role in designing HR strategies and delivering high-quality results in various areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and policy development. After 21 years at M+W Group, Joe joined Walker Engineering Inc. in 2016 as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they directed all HR operations for the electrical construction company with offices in several cities in Texas. Joe recently joined FST Technical Services in 2021 as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Joe Rivas pursued their education at The University of Texas at Austin from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
