Nicholas Gadacz is the Co-Founder & CEO at FT Optimize. Nicholas has extensive experience in marketing, product development, and online acquisition.

Previously, they were the VP of Marketing at Minted from September 2015 to December 2015. At Walmart eCommerce, they served as the Director of Search Engine Marketing from May 2013 to September 2015. In this role, they increased SEM effectiveness by 100% on part of the SEM budget by leading the product roadmap for a more advanced bidding algorithm. Nicholas also managed a team of 15 resources who were both engineers and SEM analysts. Gadacz exceeded traffic goal by double digit growth by being able to accept more funding and handle unique business goal inside of our larger total portfolio. Additionally, they created an internal version of a paid search tool with the capabilities of Marin and Kenshoo by leading the product roadmap and management of related engineering projects. Nicholas was also responsible for spend and revenue P & L for all SEM marketing activities.

Before Walmart eCommerce, Gadacz served as the Director of Product at Marin Software from August 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, they were the Director of Online Acquisition at CafePress.com from July 2009 to August 2012. Nicholas began their career as the Search Engine Marketing Architect at CBS Interactive from November 2006 to June 2009.

Nicholas Gadacz started their educational career by getting a BA in Engineering Management from Lafayette College. Nicholas then furthered their education by attending summer school for Chemistry at Harvard University.
