Daniel Michael Newland

Danny Newland serves as the National Director of Training at American Expediting since January 2023, where responsibilities include strategy formulation, innovative training program implementation, and oversight of training effectiveness and adoption across internal departments. Previously, Danny held positions such as Learning and Development | Software Trainer | Implementation at US LBM, where collaboration with executive leadership resulted in effective lesson plan strategies. Danny also achieved significant revenue growth at sales-i as Senior Manager, Learning and Development, by aligning training strategies with business initiatives. Additional experience includes managing customer experience and training operations at GOLDCOAST medspa and SureTint Technologies, focusing on team development and program effectiveness.
